Hi, I’m Clio
I’m Cliodhna Nolan, known as Clio and I struggled for a long time with feeling inferior to others, lacking confidence and a fear of visibility. No one would have known any of these things about me as I masked it so well and I was a naturally outgoing and bubbly person but inside I had deep insecurities that were holding me back.
I also knew I wanted more out of life than the job I was working in, in Human Resources. I liked the job and loved the people I worked with, I just felt I was meant for something else where I could make a greater impact on people's lives. However I also knew I hadn't a hope of finding that something without addressing and confronting my fears and anxieties I had hidden deep inside my mind.
Once I started to open up and realised my fears were not so bad, everyone has them and I’m not alone, things started to snowball for the better. The key was - I invested in myself and got help. Gradually things improved and now I feel unstoppable. I want to help others feel unstoppable too.
