I have worked for 15 years in the field of Human Resources and earned a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management. It was this experience and insight into the struggles and needs of people around that inspired me to do more and certify as a professional life coach.
I also had my own experience with self doubt and low self confidence that I wanted to change badly. This led me to Hypnotherapy which transformed my mindset. I subsequently retrained as Rapid Transformational Therapist with the Marisa Peer School. I am now also a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Most people will concentrate on trying to change the behaviour (self sabotage, over eating, procrastination, nail biting, buying, drinking ) but that’s the wrong way round. The unwanted behaviour happens because of a belief within yourself and you need to change the belief.
